Plex Photos error

Hey all. Anyone else trying to use Plex photos? It used to work but for the last couple years it hasn’t. I have a few hundred photos loaded and they all seem to show a good thumbnail and on mobile also show a good library view—yet none of the photos will actually load when trying to be opened. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix?

How large are the files that fail to load?

Plex has an undocumented limit of 100 MiB for photos. This can be overridden, with caution. See this earlier post:
