I just did another test and the problem somewhat still exists. Plex for iOS just closes after 3-5 secs, and the crash isn’t logged in the iOS logs. Which is logical, since it is a hard crash.
The PMS log is full of these when watching the channel on iOS:

When I watch the same channel on PlexWeb (hosted - after iOS crash) i get a:
Playback error
Unable to tune channel (No parts)
If I restart PMS and tune the channel by PlexWeb … it just hangs with:

Which must mean, that the channel can’t be tuned by PMS / DVR. When i watch the channel outside PMS / DVR - it works OK.
PMS and iOS Logs attached. I started live TV on iOS at 14:18:07. I have also attached a 20 sec stream copy of the channel (3Sat - german channel)
