I am trying to setup the DVR feature, but when I try to enter the postal code it will not go forward. It seems like the wizard is expecting a five digit code (the orange circle appears next to the field when I enter five numbers), but there are only four digit codes in Switzerland, which is also the country I selected. Is there a way to fix this?
How do I get past this screen?
When I change the country to Germany, I can input a german (five digit) postal code and it works, but most channels will not match.
So, what is the trick to get to get it working with Switzerland? My postal code (or any other swiss one) works on the Plex page (https://www.plex.tv/features/live-tv-dvr/#remodal-channels), so why not on the DVR setup?

Don’t have any dates sorry. I will update the thread when a beta is out

Its used to work for Switzerland (Zurich Postcode 8000) before. But one day another no more EPG data were received.
For now i use Austria with the city Bregenz and also just four digits on the postcode (6900)
Same problem here… Are there any news? Is there an ETA?
Fun Fact: It’s working fine on the plex page: https://www.plex.tv/live-tv-dvr/. Searching for Switzerland and 8000 Zip/Postal Code works fine and shows all information. Hope it’s a small bug in the server an will be fixed soon. Can’t wait to integrate my IPTV into plex with a working EPG.
I have the same problem! looks like the expected characters for a swiss post code is 5 but in switzerland are only 4…
Exactly the same for me, hooked up in the settings of the postal code for Switzerland! Please solve the problem asap!

Well I bought a HDHomeRun EXPAND after checking and double checking on the plea page that it will work. And not IT DOES NOT. This is extremely annoying.
My problem seems to be the same.
As seen in the last picture, the “Continue” button is inactive. As a side note, I can actually of further by pressing enter in the char field. But it only takes me to a progress bar showing 0% forever.
At the moment I am stuck with a non working TV solution that has been promoted many many times.
They say the fix should be out with the next server version, so we have to wait for that.
Next server version is out and still the same problem, what a shame for PLEX!!!

Yep, not working either here, tried both Safari and Firefox, and local and app.plex.tv interfaces.
