For some reason with the newest version of plex, dvr setup will not let me continue if I enter my zip code 91343. The continue button grays out as soon as I enter the third digit of my zip code. HELP?!!?!??!?!

The issue with swiss post/zip codes has been found and is being rectified and a fix will be released

There is no post code needed for Honduras - just selecting the country. I am not sure what the Gracenote EPG would provide but there is no issue with post codes for Honduras and there is no need to enter one
The fix for Switzerland has now been released in beta version 1.13.3.5208

Sorry for the earlier glitch. The fix is definitely in the hotfix beta release that is available now - version 1.13.3.5223
