I’m in the process of setup up Plex DVR, but I’m stuck at the language and postcode selection. If I verify that my country and area are supported, I get a positive result from the plex homepage. If I enter my postcode, or any postcode in my area, nothing will show up. I tried the postcode of the capital, etc, but nothing. What postcode do I have to use?
I have this exact issue, everything was working before, but the epg just stopped working. I erased the tuner-config and tried to reconfigure it again - but now I’m stuck at this (But I choose Sweden instead).
The search didn’t return anything in that screen, but the continue-button was enabled after I put in the zipcode and the next screen showed me the different providers.
For users in Switzerland, an issue has been identified with processing of the Post/Zip code where it was expecting 5 digits when it is 4. A fix is being produced

Okay, so normal software logic error then. Will this fix be in the next release or when is it due?
Yes - I am sorry but an issue has been discovered in that release following feedback from other Swiss users. We are working on getting a Hotfix release out
I have a similar issue with an Italian provider and Italian postal code. Something to suggest? Thanks!
EDIT: I will download v 5223 and report (I confirm that 5208 was not working)
EDIT2: I have installed v 5223 but even if all channels are found (I actually use Telly to bridge my Vu+ decoder to Plex) EPG is not leaded “We’re finding the best guide for your channels and location. This should only take a few moments.”
