Trailers stopped working suddenly, settings were not changed

plexweb version 2.7.4
plex server on mac mini version 1.0.3.2461
ios 10.10.1

I didn’t change any settings, however the trailers stopped playing?

Plex has identified a bug causing this. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Confirmed, local trailers that don’t require a plex pass are working, bluray and theatre trailers that require a plex pass don’t play or return 0 even though I’ve been identified as a plex pass user.

Hi, any news on the next server release and the bugs it addresses.

Ok the issued has been fixed upstream and should just work now. It’s working for me now so give it a try and let me know.

Weird, for me it was working yesterday and now is not working again today? Any thoughts?
I have changed nothing.

There have been more fixes up stream. Your PMS should eventually pick this up but you can see the changes now by restarting PMS.

This was a problem upstream so the server version should not matter. 1.1.0 has other fixes so I would recommend updating to that still.
