Plex Pass trailers no longer playing

Server Version#: 1.42.2.10156
Player Version#: Web Player V. 4.147.1, but verified not working on other devices as well. (Unknown version numbers)

Recently my Plex Pass trailers stopped functioning altogether.
If I turn off “Include Cinema Trailers from new and upcoming movies in theaters” and “Include Cinema Trailers from new and upcoming movies on Blu-ray” then local trailers play fine.

When the features are on I get the error “An error occurred loading items to play.”

I tried to upload the log zip but it’s a couple mb too big apparently.

Anyone able to help with this?

I thought I was losing my mind. It stopped playing for me as well on Nvidia Shield and Apple TV 4K. Here’s the deal though, It also doesn’t work on Emby (except for iOS app), and they both broke around the same time, so I thought that there was some kind of commonality.
