Seems like you mean “Cloud Sync” and not “Plex Cloud”.
Your files actually more than likely DID upload to the Amazon Drive, they just didn’t get "synced’. If you check your Amazon Drive, you’ll probably see many duplicate files tied to the content that still says "l say “Waiting to be Uploaded”.
In your log file, you’ll probably also see numerous attempts at retrying failed uploads and that the rate limit was exceeded.
Then again, there’s also a separate that was in the Oct 4 build (haven’t tried the one newer than that) where nothing at all would upload. Downgrading to a previous build can fix that.
If you are encountering the other issue where 15% of your content syncs and you have many duplicates on your drive, then there’s no fix for it, and there’s been no status update in a month on this issue, either.
@xSean I don’t think I could have summarized the issue better. Wish we had an update from Plex.
@x6 you are having the same troubles as the rest of us. In addition to the thread that @xSean has mentioned, here are a handful of other posts with the same issue. Perhaps worth following them in case a solution miraculously appears.
@xSean
I did everything you said, but not resolved, continues with the same pr@xSean
It’s hard, buy Amazon Cloud because of the PLEX, and buy PLEX PASS, and does not work … This wasn’t supposed to happen … This is a big problem. X(
You do know plex cloud is in beta and you need to be invited to have it right?
Plex Cloud Sync and Plex Cloud (Beta) are two different things.
@Luke2000
Hello,
I didn’t know, but that justifies the inclusion of advertising amazon cloud?
How long do we wait?
Plex.tv, not sure the service works, so should not gain new customers by promising it.
See the forum how many people dissatisfied with this problem.
The administrator and developers should bother with special attention on this.
Thanks for commenting.
I bougt amazon unlimited too so not to long I hope, but only plex and anazon know, im uploading now.

I checked all the links you showed, and really no solution! A lot of people complaining, and no one solves. We are in a very difficult situation to this problem.
I’m grateful for your note!
It can take a while to begin uploading, but that still isn’t a guarantee that it will upload. You may even see the percentage at one point hit 100% during the upload process only for it to go right back to zero. That specific issue isn’t really tied to the build itself as that issue began (at least for me) as soon as Plex Cloud was unveiled to the public. Seems that once people began to use Plex Cloud, then the quality of Cloud Sync took a huge nosedive.
As for paying for Amazon Cloud with the announcement of Plex Cloud, I’m honestly surprised that they are even pushing Plex Cloud as much as they are when the number of people who can are accepted is such a small number. They really should have waited for this large advertising push until after it was something that all Plex Pass owners could use, the marketing now for it is a bit misleading especially considering it is listed on the features list for Plex Pass.

I agree with you, everything you said is also what I think and happens to me. I think Plex.tv lose much with this type of advertising that does not work, and, as has been said, many people sign PLEX PASS only to access the link AMAZON CLOUD. So it’s a disappointment to everyone who made signature for that reason.
There have always been problems with Cloud Sync. As others have said, Plex Cloud and Plex Cloud sync are 2 different things.
One thing i suggest with Amazon Cloud sync is to make sure that you try uploading one file at time, others have said that when they attempt to upload several files it fails. Also remember i think Amazon has a 50GB file size limit per file.
Amazon Cloud itself does have a lot of issues with API rates as well, just an FYI.

While Cloud Sync has had its issues, I’ve been able to do bulk uploads up until the day of Plex Cloud’s release. With how things currently are, I’ve had better luck with getting more uploaded when using groups of 30 instead of groups of 10 or 1. Seems more often things will actually sync when there are more files, the fewer the files then the fewer number of syncs despite many being uploaded when checking on the drive; always seems to be at a ratio of 15-30%. Then there’s this post, too:

Hi,
The rate limits are tangentially related the the release of Plex Cloud. We are working with Amazon to resolve this and expect to have a resolution shortly.
That was October 3rd, and nothing since then.
I had this issue.
On the sync settings I had to change it to 2mbps and all of a sudden it started working
There is currently an issue uploading files to Amazon Cloud Drive. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Plex is working with Amazon to get things sorted as soon as possible.

I did with 2 MB, but also does not synchronize, left 10 hours and no sync

It took a long time, I think plex.tv had to give free months for those who complain about this issue, buy plex pass to use CLOUD and not work? This is a malicious and untruthful propaganda, should put it right in the website PLEXCLOUND does not work.
I’m disappointed in PLEXPASS, I do not recommend to anyone. Check the other forums how many complaints, how many unsolved problems!!! If you don’t have plex passes no use writing in forums, there is no support, no one responds. If you have plexpass they respond but not solve, so PLEXPASS is a mistake, a lie!!!

Plex Cloud is in an invite only beta stage. So you are right, marketing jumped the gun a bit on it. Been a rash of that lately, IMO…
You’ve gotten the same support answers to your questions that everyone else has gotten. There’s a problem, they are working on it, when it’s fixed they will let everyone know.
Having said that send an email to plexpass-billing@plex.tv and request a refund if your Plex Pass isn’t living up to what you expected of it.
