Did WinTv-quadHD just got removed from supported tuners list?

I can still find it in google’s buffer and some third party pages:techhive.com/article/3199083/data-center-cloud/plex-dvr-now-supports-more-tv-tuners-and-antennas.html
Can someone please confirm this because I just ordered it yesterday.
