Live TV not working on Fire TV (v1), restart of PMS doesn't help

I can’t get Live TV to play on my Fire TV (v1). In the Plex Media Server logs, I see the following errors:

Playback works fine casting to a Chromecast (v2) via Plex web client (or just direct play in web client). I have the latest Plex version (1.9.0.4252) and tried restarting the server. It is running on Ubuntu 17.04, using the 64-bit version. I have a HD Home Run Connect.

Thoughts on what the problem is?

I see some other threads with this problem, but a few people on there say it works fine.

I then tried Plex on Android TV (Nexus Player), and got the same experience… This is pretty frustrating since I bought a HDHomeRun so that I could watch OTA via Plex.

I’m trying to consolidate these reports into one. Can you provide your full logs in https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/286729/live-tv-not-working-for-fire-tv.
