Live TV spins and then crashes on Fire TV

I am running a HDHomeRun Connect with all latest firmwares and software/app versions.

When I load live tv through chrome it works. When I try and load the video through the HDHomeRun Fire TV app everything works.

However as soon as I try to load Live TV on the plex app on Fire TV it attempts to load with the spinning orange circle and about 5-10 seconds later the app crashes and restarts. All other videos and channels are working.

I have attached log files just in case that helps.

I am sure it is a settings or something that I have done but the one setting change I made I undid so not sure where to go from here. I have restarted plex a few times

Any and all help is greatly appreciated. If you need more info just ask and I will be happy to get the info.

Same issue on my end using gen 1 Fire TV. On my end, an SD channel works, but HD channels result in the behavior you described. There are several of us with the same issue:
