Configuration:
- PMS w/ DVR & Live TV on Windows 10
- HDHomeRun PRIME
- Plex players on Android Smart TV, Raspberry PI, Android Plex Mobile App, Xbox One
While switching back and forth between 2 different live TV programs (on my Android TV Plex app) while the PMS was recording another channel I was getting pop-up notifications that the Recording had failed every few minutes. After a while I decided to look at the Plex logs (attached) and noticed that the tuner count was growing endlessly which seemed very wrong to me.

Does anyone know why this is happening? Could this be why I get occasional recording failures and a popup that tuners are busy when I attempt to watch Live TV? Any known fixes?
