So this continues even today and my epg is down to three days now..
Maybe try restarting the server?
I have restarted the server and also deleted and added back in my tuners. Now I have no DVR functionality whatsoever.
Nor have I had a recording since the morning of May 31. Thankfully I have Emby DVR and WMC working just fine but this is not really acceptable to me.

Attached also find a log.
I disabled Enhanced Guide Data, killed all Plex related processes in Task Manager then re-loaded Plex. I’m now at 3% Guide Data. What else to try?

Weird logs ! As if you had two instances of Plex Media Server.exe running at the same time - definitely between 04:08 a, and 07:07 am on 6th June
Do you have multiple windows accounts on the PC ?
Just wondering if Plex Media Server.exe was launched in more than one windows account
I have a log file covering Jun 06, 2018 04:08:08.124 to 7:07:02.482
and I have two other log files covering Jun 06, 2018 04:35:00.859 to 07:07:11.225
If there are multiple instances of Plex Media Server.exe running then outcomes would be indeterminate
But … I notice you have the Enhanced Program Guide option enabled. That does slow down EPG refresh significantly
Let me grab another log. The one I posted was from before I turned off Enhanced Guide.
Also, I have PLEX Server on my PC and my ShieldTV came with Plex and shows up as Plex Server.
I do have multiple Windows Accounts too and they run concurrently if I don’t bother to log them out. So I should log out of the extra ones too and check again.
BTW, THANKS!
Here’s the latest log after logging out extra user accounts running and just having it on one active account. BTW, my guide is now up to 11% so maybe that was the issue all along
It seems that now my PLEX Server, running on my PC is gone. the only one showing now is my Plex Server, running on my ShieldTV but that one isn’t even configured yet. Maybe I’ll configure it and see how it goes…

When you install Plex Media Server it automatically sets the auto start on login for that windows account. If instead you login to a different windows account, Plex Media Server would not be running and if you launch it in that session, it would start a new environment within that user. If you then switch to the windows account that installed or updated the Plex Media Server, then it would auto launch and you now have two instances running - ending up with a totally unsupported environment and indeterminate outcomes
You must never launch Plex Media Server.exe when you login to a different windows account
I do have multiple accounts as well on windows and I use the cjmpurph solution to run Plex Media Server as a service - see http://forums.plex.tv/discussion/93994/pms-as-a-service/p1
and I never launch it manually
Do you also have Plex Media Server.exe run as a Scheduled Task ?
Search the registry within HKEY_USERS for all occurrences of ProcessedMachineIdentifier to see of you do have multiple instances
Or when you login to each windows account - run regedit to see if you have this registry area
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Plex, Inc.\Plex Media Server
You should only have one instance on a machine

Not sure if the logs are the right ones - you say 11% - at what time? I cannot see that in the logs.
The logs
Nothing of relevance to any issue with EPG Refresh

Do the registry checks I suggested
Get server logs
The logs would be here C:\Users\xxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Logs
After two weeks of no guide, no Live TV and recordings missed, even with removing all running instances of Plex and restarting, the latest update to the server, which brought the Grid Guide to the web app to start, My Guide and Recording engine is working again. This downtime seems to correspond to an update I got a few weeks back but I’m not sure.
