I’ve had issues with my guide dropping so I’ve been watching it closely. To fix it I would just remove the tuner device and readd it. Today the whole DVR-live TV tab disappeared. I checked and the hardware wasn’t even in the set up anymore. I’ve tried to readd it but it never finds it. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the device, reboot the server, upgrade the drive, down grade the drive, upgrade plex and nothing has worked. Any suggestions? Running windows server and a AVerMedia over usb

Yes it was the Tab. When I go to DVR in the setting it shows now hardware. I have tried to readd the hardware but it never finds it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled drive and device. Rebooted many times. The tuner is the AVerTV Volar Hybrid Q. Server version 4.56.4.
I don’t know what you mean by that. Do you mean the side bar?
that is the web player app version. look under the general section that is under your server name for the server version.

What pointed out the problem was that I no longer saw “Live TV - DVR” in this location. The problem had started a few days before where the guide would disappear and I would have to remove and readd the tuner to get it working again.
I have even confirmed that the hardware is good. I used it with NextPVR. Thank you very much for your help
if you are not please try the web app at https://app.plex.tv. Also would likely need to see all the server logs so I cam make a report and have the DVR team look into it. You can get logs from the Troubleshooting section of server settings.

Version 1.22.3.4392 Here, same thing, I cannot see Live TV & DVR Pinned any longer but when I try to re-add Live TV & DVR (setup DVR) It says I already have it setup. Is there an easy way to detach the current Live TV & DVR settings and start over? I use a HomeRun Prime HD which has worked seamlessly until recently. Logs uploaded. You either have two copies of the server running or the TV db files are corrupt.

You can stop Plex and delete those files to recreate the guide.
@zukdj as mentioned above you do have DB corruption. Not totally sure related to not being able to pin but would try to restore a back up. Restore a Database Backed Up via 'Scheduled Tasks' | Plex Support
@bryanbar Didn’t see anything obvious in your logs. still looking.
If you would like I can capture data from the device manager and send that over. Then try a new import and let it run a couple of hours if that will help.
Deleted all the tv. files and rebuilding the DVR seems to be working
Does anyone have a good driver for AVerTV Volar Hybrid Q? Maybe I can force it to use a different driver and get it to work that way

from May 7 indicates the server did find the tuner. Can you take a screenshot of what you see in DVR setup settings
I had to rescan all the channels to get it to start again, just in case anyone else has this issue.
