Apple Remote up/down to not function

Hi
I imagine the Plex experts will need some more information:

  • device on which it does not work
  • version of the Operating System
  • version of the Plex player
  • Plex Media Player or Plex Home Theater?
  • Plex server version

for exemple for me :
i have a same problem with this config :

i have the problem since Mac OS X Sierra -> Mac OS X **High **Sierra
