The guide gives the generic Plex error when I attempt to access it from Roku. It loads on IOS and on the web interface just fine.
Sorry for the troubles. We did push an update to the Plex Preview channel to handle a scenario where the old source was not updated correctly. You may be experiencing this. Are you able to navigate to more in the sidebar, open your server and load the Live TV & DVR source? If so, you may need to unpin Live TV & DVR from the side bar, and then pin it again.
