1.18.1.1973 transcoding 4K HDR content on Samsung 4k TVs(client 4.5.1), instead of direct play

Looks like the current version and last version of PMS, ignore direct play options/maximum quality options and tries to transcode 4k HDR content to 1080p on a couple of 4k Samsung TVs I have. Let me know if you needs logs.

Yes please, we do need debug PMS logs that cover your playback session.

I looked at logs and I don’t think what I wrote in the subject of this post is accurate. Sorry about that! However, still have issues direct playing 4k HEVC HDR files, that I have previously played without issue.
