I ended up finding a workaround for now. I’ve updated to 1.20.3.3437 and edited the Plex DB to manually remove the tuner entries in the “media_providers_resources” table, then deleted the EPG database files in the " %localappdata%\Plex Media Server\Plug-in Support\Databases".
After I removed the entries, I started up PMS and it found my tuner immediately.
This is not a good workaround for the average person. I’m a web developer, so I’m fairly comfortable with SQL. What’s frustrating is that it appears this was reported as far back as September 11th, and there have been as many as 7?!? (beta) updates and at least 2 public updates in the past month and none of them appear to have addressed this issue. Not to mention the extreme lack of involvement from Plex staff. I’m very frustrated that you reached out over 11 days ago and you have yet to respond on either of these threads or my DM.
