I’ve had an issue recently where shows will be cut short during recording. Plex doesn’t show any error regarding the recording. For example, a 30 minute show may only be 10 minutes recorded, or an hour long show may only be 14 minutes. Additionally, I have been seeing shows that DO indicate an error and when I hover over the warning icon, it says that there was a transcoder error.
