100 user share limit

Server Version#: Version 1.22.0.4163
Player Version#:

I have a video business where I record plays for community theaters and schools and convert them to blurays. They also have the option to stream the videos from my Plex server.
I have the Lifetime Plex Pass, and over the years have invited many users as friends to access the movies they have gotten bluray copies of. Some only have access to one video, others more, as they’ve purchased the blurays. For the first time I got a warning that I was unable to add a friend, and when I investigated, I found out about the 100 user limit. Is there any way to be granted exceptions to be able to continue to use my server for the convenience of my clients to access their movie without having to have a bluray player? I fear I’m going to have to find another server provider if I can’t. Plex is perfect for what I need, but not if I can only have 100 friends.

It is against Plex terms of service to use it for a commercial service. https://www.plex.tv/about/privacy-legal/plex-terms-of-service/

They purchase the bluray. The stream is just a convenience. I guess I will have to search out another provider.
