You cannot.
just to know … why?
Because 100 is far above of what is conceivable as “friends & family”.
Because that is what the Plex “sharing” feature is for.
Plex is not for building a massive infrastructure to share media with world & dog. And thus, commit copyright infingement on a large scale.
And most importantly it is not there so that anyone can earn money with it.
In fact the terms of Plex forbid this use explicitly: Terms of Service | Plex
