1080p HDR Choppy Playback

Playing two categories of files results in choppy playback on Apple TV 4K Gen 1:

  1. 1080p HDR
  2. 1080p high frame rate (50/60fps)

These files never play smoothly on my Apple TV 4K Gen 1. They play fine on my LG CX WebOS Plex app.

What info could I share here for reference?
