Hi Amazing Plex team
I have been a massive fan for over a decade and have been struggling to play some UHD files on my AppleTV (it’s the original 4k device). The files play fine in a browser so I believe there is no problem with speed of the server / network) but the files don’t play at all (they start but just black screen). I was wondering - is this a limitation of the AppleTV OS or if I upgraded to one of the newer devices, they’d play correctly? I don’t want to upgrade if there isn’t any benefit to it as the old one is (generally) working just fine.
