in your Advanced server settings?
I dont see that documented… I found where it should go 
but it is not listed in advanced settings.

No, it should not. It was only temporarily used during the alpha phase, but I figured it can’t hurt to verify.

Are you using a custom post-processing script?
Maybe there is something going wrong there?
Or maybe, the file was being ‘locked’ while PMS was trying to erase it (virus scanner?).

Hapenning on all recordings where i have comskip set
Note… I have the dvr default set to skip… And that was not working… So i went to each recording setting and changed from plex default to skip.
I am having the same issue. Seems to have started only in the last few weeks as it was skipping the commericals and saving the files with no issues before. I am seeing in the log it is now failing to rename the commskipped.ts file and leaving me with duplicates.
I double checked the permissions on the folders and everything looks okay, not sure what changed to start causing this.
I run lat4est Beta… I am wondering if this is related to that?
