He is having DNS issues, server cannot reliably resolve the plex domains.

Set the router DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 9.9.9.9 and reboot. On the servers, are they DHCP or static address? If static, set the DNS for the interface to 8.8.8.8 or 9.9.9.9.

Thanks can’t be DNS as the other server has not problem. I did uninstall everything with Revo-uninstall, cleaned all the directories “Delete”, reboot and reinstalled and named the Plex instance something I have never used from Plex02 > Movies and that worked.

All good, Please close this ticket, once again thanks guys for pointing me to the correct path to fix this.

Was is DNS issue or port issue? I can close this topic but if others run into same thing it would be helpful to know what happened.

It was configuration issue due to same name on my account. A new reinstall fixed it.
