2 problems i got

Hi, haven´t been here since the first release, these question might have been asked already.

First, very often when im starting too watch a new episode of something the episode starts at around 43min in, this is very annoying and only seems to happen to episode above 30min playtime, (i have never had an problem with an short episode (less then 30min) starting near the end.

 

Secondly, is there anyway to sync subtitles? sometimes subs are off by just 1-2s through the whole movie/series, and i would like to just adjust this like i can do in home theater. is this feature missing are have i just missing something?

1. This problem has been reported in other threads. I believe [this](https://forums.plex.tv/topic/138261-starting-video-half-way-through/) is probably the most relevant.

2. There is currently nothing for this functionality in the app. Plex doesn't generally discuss upcoming features.
