Hi Guys, I am going away and there will be no internet. But I have copied my movies series etc to my external and activated the Shields PMS, but it constantly wants an internet connection to work…How do i get this to work in “offline mode” so to speak. PS, i cant use my cellphone for a hotspot, there is no coverage…
the question is how do i get this to work PURELY OFFLINE? THANKS!!!
I bought the Shield to use while at the cottage and camping without internet as it was my understanding that if the Plex Server and Plex Player where on the same device this would work.
Well I later found out it is only for PCs and not the Shield. Please add the ability for the Shield to use Plex without needed the internet.
