2025.11.1 iOS app crashes on start

iOS version crashes on start, reinstalling doesn’t help. Happening on two iPhones (15 pro max and 16 pro max both running iOS 18.4. Old app 8.45 an hour ago worked just fine

Same here on iPadOS 18.4. Crashed on startup after today’s update. Rebooted iPad, still crashed. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Was able to sign in and then the app crashed just before my library loaded. Now continues to crash on startup.

Same. Multiple iPads running iOS 18.3.1 and then updated to 18.5. One of the iPads is 100% “fresh” on 18.5, no other apps installed. Plex has been crashing on start since v 2025.11.1 through to 2025.15.0. No issues with 2025.10.2 and previous, AFAIK.

Just out of curiosity, is your device time set automatically? I have this issue but only when I have the time zone set to manual.

For me the crashes were fixed with the 2nd or 3rd update after that
