[3.0.45 Mobile] Unneeded transcoding on mobile

Hi

When I sync this Episode are any other with same Audio to a Machine with Windows 10 Enterprise x64 and “Plex for Windows (3.0.45.0)” it does not need any transcoding.
But when I try to sync the same file to my Lumia 950 or try to play it on that device with "Plex for Windows Phone (3.0.45.0) it needs to be transcoded because of the Audio track.
As far as I know both Apps uses “Microsoft Media Foundation” so it should be possible that no transcoding is needed on both devices.

Windows Phone as a platform doesn’t support AC-3 playback. You can see the full list in the sticky post at https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/62229/direct-play-formats/p1

Only on certain models, unfortunately:

Only on Lumia Icon, 830, 930, 1520

Is your phone one of these?

I have a Lumia 950. But I can not test this, because the UWP beta does not start (see other thread).
