4 different movies showing as one. How do I split them up?

Any idea what is going on here? I have The Mummy showing up as 4 copies, but there is only 1 file, the other 3 are other movies in different folders. What can I do to split these copies into their own movies, as they should be?

There’s an option in the UI to “Split Apart”. When browsing your library, find the movie that has multiple files and click the “…” symbol on the poster. Select “Split Apart” from the menu.

You’ll be able to fix the match for each file and get the correct metadata.

Shouldn’t happen though… Which is your root directory for that library?

Shared Media folder is the root of all media. Each library has its own folder. Movies are in movies and TV shows are in TV shows.

G: is Google Drive File Stream (similar to Plex drive / rclone) for G Suite for Business.

That is what I thought. You have to add the movies folder as root of your movies library. And the TV show folder as root of the TV show library.

Sorry maybe I wasn’t clear. That is exactly what I have done.

Thanks. That got it.

Ok than the folders are correct. Still I would search for the root case, why this grouping happend. It is not normal and folder structure and file naming are correct. How does your Settings/Agents Tab look like for movies?
