I’ve been using the Plex app on my Samsung Blu-Ray player model BD-H6500 for years here in Germany without issue. However, in recent days I’ve had trouble connecting to the Plex server. I opted to delete the app on my Blu-Ray player and then re-install it. When started, it comes up with the screen where the 4-digit code for linking to the Plex server should be shown, but no code is ever generated. I’ve tried several times. I’ve tested internet access from the Blu-Ray player and it’s working fine. I’ve logged out/in from the Plex server. I also deleted the old version of the Blu-Ray device from the Plex server, thinking that may be causing the issue. Nothing has worked.
How can I link the Plex version on my Blu-Ray back to my Plex server if the 4-digit code is never generated?
