Trying to link the Plex app in Smart BlueRay player Samsung BDF7500 to my account, but the app in the player does not show any code, just four blank squares.
Is the BDF7500 app still supported?
There are no supported Bluray players. That must have been a really old device which was previously supported by a 3rd-party app, which was made by Orca. This one is defunct for years.
It’s due to Plex’s move to TLS 1.2, which older Samsung devices don’t support. You might be able to get around it by setting up a proxy: Plex app (orca 2.012) showing user offline - #11 by dane22
Otherwise, your only option would be connecting to a server that doesn’t require authentication on your local network.
