401 Error on scrobbling to last.fm with non-admin account

Hello, I am having an issue with a secondary user. They are unable to scrobble played music to Last.fm. My main admin account has last.fm linked and scrobbling works as expected. This post from last year is very similar to what I’m seeing

I also see this 401 below in the plex server logs.

Have your user go here and after logging in see if they can link up to last.fm I don’t know if they will be able to if they do not have a plex pass. On this page when I am logged in i can link to Last.fm, Tidal, and Sonos.

So does your user have their own plex account or are they a “managed” user in your Home? Looks like it should work if they have their own plex account.

Hey Shondreas, Thanks for responding.

The user has gone to that link and is signed up to link Last.fm to their plex account. They are using their own plex account.

So, was their account already linked up with Last.fm or did they just do that now?

If the problem persists please post your full ZIP of your logs so others can peruse through it to see if something jumps out at them.

They had already linked it before I’d made this post.

Is there any information that should be sanitized in my logs before I post them on a public forum?
