4K HDR HEVC HW transcoding is broken on i5-11600K (Rocket Lake)

Anyone gotten hardware HDR tonemapping to work with the 11th gen Rocket Lake CPUs? I tried out the latest PMS version 1.23.0 but no dice for me on an i5-11500 on Ubuntu 21.04, although I’m not sure if I’ve setup my drivers/intel runtime packages correctly

I was already on Ubuntu 21.04 but upgraded to the newest Intel runtime and the newest plex server but still no dice! It’s still doing HDR transcodes using software!

The plex transcoder is not happy with something. I wish there was more detail in the log to tell me what is causing the segmentation fault.
