4K HDR Streaming problem

Hi,

I use PMS on my PC and play 4K SDR files on my TV without any issues.
Both are connected through Ethernet. 100 Mbps connection.

The thing is, I recently changed my TV. I’ve got a TV with HDR, HDR10 and Dolby Vision.

So today when I tried to stream a 4K HDR 10Bit file. It was only playing it in 1080p HDR.

I don’t know why ?
Can someone please tell me what happened.

I would double check and make sure that the file is actually 4K. As far as I know, Plex has no way to change a 4K HDR file to 1080p HDR. It can change it to 1080p SDR with tone mapping though. Tone mapping requires a Plex Pass to work though I think.
