4K HDR with EAC3 results in transcoding with stream not starting (loading in loop)

For some reason, the PMS decides to transcode both video and audio while chromecast is capable of 4K HEVC HDR

the movie does not load and keeps being shown as loading.
Furthermore at some point the PMS shows for audio transcode: EAC3 - null instead of EAC3 - AAC
