Panasonic gave Plex a specific list of series, it does not cover an entire family of products. Is you TV model JZW2004 (OLED) (2021). If it is then there’s a bug and we might not be reading the model number properly. Please enable “send logging to server” in the Plex app on the TV, try to play something, then grab the server logs. Also provide me a screenshot of the about page in the app so I can see what else the TV has identified.
