4k movies direct play stuttering on Xbox One X

Proxmox LXC / Proxmox Host Intel NUC 12 Extreme i9
NAS Synology DS1621+
Connection: NAS → NFS → 2.5 GB → Proxmox Host

Sometimes when I start a 4k movie on my Xbox it will stutter for the first 1-5 minutes. It’s direct play. No subtitles. It’s very odd. I’ve searched and have not found any idea to troubleshoot.
