4K movies zoomed with Plex on Sony Bravia 4k tv

Hello everyone.

I installed the Plex server on my computer. Everything works very well.

But I notice that there is always a huge zoom effect when I watch a movie in 4K (H265) on Plex with my Sony Bravia 4K TV (Google TV).

No problem if I watch a movie in 1080p or convert the 4K movie to 1080p High.

I tried some settings on my plex server but it doesn’t change anything at all.

Does anyone have a clue to solve this problem?

Check the Display Mode. Make sure it is Letterbox.
