i9-7900 On Intels Site i dont see Any QuickSync , so the trancoding would be in Software (Good for quality bad for Performance).
And if i read this article correctly it will be a problem.

Decoding yeah… I was referring to encoding HDR via a transcode. Right now I didn’t think that you could decode then re-encode HDR in iGPU and even on CPU you need to fart around with settings to get proper SDR

I’m using Intel Core i7-8700 with quicksync.
