I’m trying to play Ready Player One in 4k on my LG smart TV. The TV is an LG UH6030 (4k and HDR). Plex is always transcoding this title, and I’m not sure why. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I don’t know much about the log files, but I know Ready Player One is referenced in the file Plex Media Server.1.log.
change audio stream to AC3/dolby digital 5.1 or stereo

smart tvs don’t like HD audio (truehd/atmos), some are not compatible with dts either. Use ac3/aac 5.1 or stereo audio
subtitle compatibility varies greatly. try to disable, or maybe use SRT subtitles
