500 Internal Server Error when downloading Logs

Hi there,

I can’t download the Server Logs under “Help”. I only get a “500 Internal Server Error” after klicking on Download Logs…

Is this a known issue?

Even I can’t update my TV Movies via PlexAgent/The Movie Database…

I’ve got the same issue. Clicking the “Download Logs” under server in the web console results in “500 internal server error” in the browser. I upgraded my Plex installation from 1.11.0.4666 to 1.11.1.4730 hoping it would correct the issue. Nope, same thing. Running Plex on BSD. I’ve bounced the server, etc. Could the error be a result of database corruption? My server was crashing daily from the issues in 1.11.0.4666 which was the main reason for upgrading. If the media server is running, why would a 500 error be returned? This is why I think it could be from database corruption.
