Seen this behaviour for a while on release versions too
All refer to quality 720P, 4Mbps plays correctly at 1280x720 but 3+2 play at 720x404
Also seeing this on FireTV app
@stuart0001 i noticed this a while ago, figured i was going mad!
Perhaps an interlaced video?.. this would cause a 3:2 pull down.
