This is a a little odd. Using the plex web app you can clearly see the video below is reported as 480p …
… however now go and check the same entry using the mobile or tv android app and its reported as 576p.
Below is mediainfo for the actual file …
Looking in the xml itself I can see width="1152" height="480" is detected whereas videoResolution="576" is also reported along with displayTitle="480p (H.264)" extendedDisplayTitle="480p (H.264)".
Anyhow, passing along to the dev team.
