Server Version#: 1.21.1.3759 Player Version#: 4.43.4 9-1-1 Seasons 1 through 3 show up as they should but Season 4 which has 2 episodes are showing up as a new show even though they are in the same folder as all previous episodes.

Process below was necessary after updating to 1.21.2.3943 to Fix problem and all is working correctly now: Removed 9-1-1 and also 9-1-1: Lone Star from drive. Rescanned and removed entry from PMS for both. Restarted PMS Replaced 9-1-1 entire season to HD and all where together labeled correctly…

Did you try searching with the series ID?

TheTVDB is making changes to their systems. This is causing matching problems for Plex. Plex is working on a fix. Using the series ID is the workaround until Plex has an available fix.
