I have set up to record a local 5:00 PM newscast from KGW (Portland, OR) via a Hauppauge 1657 USB tuner. This is working correctly.
In the program guide it displays the correct station name, but some time after recording, the entries in the library all change to KSL (Salt Lake City, UT) 10 PM News. That is, they first show up as KGW but sometime later the thumbnail is replaced with the one from KSL. It is this way (incorrect) in all the various user interfaces: Samsung Smart TV, Media Server web interface, Plex desktop, Plex for iPadOS.
I also record the national newscast and the thumbnail in the library is correct.
The program recording itself is not affected, it is the correct content, so this is merely a cosmetic annoyance.
This may be unrelated, but I also notice that when starting the Samsung Plex app, the time displayed at the bottom right is off by +1 hour, as if it were in Mountain time zone instead of Pacific. This displays for about 2 seconds before switching to the correct time.
Is this something I can fix, and if so, how?
