EPG Times are 6 hours ahead

I have deleted all old DVRs, made a new one, let it scan all channels, and let it populate the EPG.
I gave it my correct ZIP code and verified that my Windows clock is correct and my time zone is correct. But the EPG shows the Wednesday 10PM news as playing at 4AM on Thursday. All programs are shifted by 6 hours. I must be missing something obvious, but what?
