I’ve discovered that Plex doesn’t import Playlists from iTunes where the playlist is based on a rule applied to the “Genre” category.
For example - Pop, R&B, French, Spanish, Classical etc
Although I’ve managed some work arounds I still get the playlist name in Plex but without content where the original liTunes playlist has a “Genre” rule.
Can developers please take a look and see if it’s possible to get Plex to import Playlists sorted on “Genres”?
My latest attempt has sort of got around the issue.
I’ve created smart playlists in iTunes, then copied them into standard playlists before importing to Plex.
So far t’s looking good.
Still leaves the non-importing of smart playlists though and means manually updating when altered
