Like many other Plex Pass subscribers, I have had periodic problems with unending scanning of libraries, particularly Music libraries for some reason. I have two simple suggestions. 1) Provide a progress bar, so that when loading or updating a library, users know where they stand in the process. 2) Instead of forcing users to slog through incomprehensible log files to figure out what is going wrong, orchestrate some kind of simple feedback box that alerts users to the potential causes of data-driven problems. Please don’t misunderstand: I LOVE Plex. It is an absolutely awesome product. But when you are working on making it even more awesome, those two items would be at the top of my awesome list. For now, I’m not sure I can use Plex for music.
