A Ton of issues

Kinda stunned at the lack of support from Plex… they rely on us to trawl through tons and tons of conversation threads to try and find an answer and I pay as a Plexpass member for tht luxury!. Pretty poor it has to be said. I can no longer dOwnload any metadata… IT JUST DOESN’T HAPPEN, AS IT USED TO… SO THERE’S NEVER A POSTER OR SYNOPSIS OR THE USUAL INFO. I can’t delete a particular library… I go through the process and that one particular library remains regardless… and the latest is that when I add a library on a particular drive, it adds all the contents of that drive - rather than the specified folder! It’s just become a complete mess and almost impossible to use Plex. What was once a great user experience is now a thing of the past and actually looking for an alternative media server out there.

Well there’s Emby. But if you happen to have issues there, they will need logs too. :wink:

Also providing diagnostics as per the support articles would help a great deal

I cannot find any recent posts. Could you please refresh the relevant threads with new up to date info and logs
